Q. How do I contact the Centre?

Q. How can I find out if a room is available?

A. Use the Query form on the contact us page or just give us a call.


Q. Can you help to organise my party?

A. Yes. We can provide Caterers, Disco's, Balloons and anything else you may require.


Q. Can I provide my own Caterering?

A. You may prepare your own food in our Kitchens but all outside catering is provided by

    John Lowe Catering Services only (details on request).


Q. Do I have to pay a deposit?

A. Yes all hires are subject to a deposit of £60.


Q. When do I have to pay for the room hire?

A. The full hire fee must be paid 6 weeks prior to the event.


Q. Can I cancel my booking?

A. Cancellations must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the event otherwise the full fee will be charged.


Q. Can I supply my own drinks?

A. All drinks consumed on the premises must be purchased from the centre. If the hirer wishes  to

    supply their own wine this must be with the prior consent of the Steward and a "corkage" charge of 

    £4 per 70cl bottle will be charged.


Q. What time do we have to leave?

A. The room must normally be vacated by 11.30pm on Mondays to Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays  

    12.30am and Sundays 11pm unless prior arrangements have been agreed with the Steward.
